Sessions

Inside the sessions…

Our time together is a gentle space for moving forward with curiosity rather than pressure. As your companion, I have the honour of you holding the pieces of your life without judgment as you sort them into a design that works best for you. Together we’ll explore the inner landscape that formed in response to what happened. Shaping a life that can grow around this. Shifting what we can. Accepting what is. As we explore the dark corners, I have the privilege of shining light for your feet as you pick your way through the debris to create a path only you can create. Together we’ll find the most simple and effective approach for you and your unique experiences. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about offering tenderness to all you’ve carried while slowly shaping and tending the life you’re creating now. Together we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and create a map of your life as a living expression of your spirit. You are not becoming someone new. You’re becoming more of you really are.

A pathway to all the life that comes after…

What we do together…

  • Creative practices: collage, journalling, simple art exercises that help expression move beyond words
  • Guided visualisation: imagining safe ground, possible futures, and the parts of you waiting to be welcomed back
  • Values exploration: discovering what matters to you now, not you had to do to survive
  • Reviving creativity: reconnecting with the playful parts of yourself that trauma once silenced
  • Grieving what was lost: gently making space for sorrow that may never have been witnessed
  • Dreaming forward: allowing new possibilities to appear without forcing them into rigid goals
  • Working with capacity: recognising and honouring your limits and live within them with kindness
  • Inner child work: embracing younger parts of yourself with the protection and compassion they still need
  • Rhythms instead of goals: — building sustainable patterns rather than pushing and striving
  • Language that heals: practising ways of speaking to yourself that are patient, respectful and gentle.

Is this for you?

This may not be the right space if you’re currently in acute crisis and need clinical support, you’re looking for immediate transformation or productivity coaching, or you want someone to tell you what to do.

This work might be for you if the crisis and its most devastating impacts have been addressed but something inside you is still finding its bearings. Even though you’re no longer in crisis, life feels strangely unfamiliar, as though the map you once followed is obsolete.

You might be looking for:

  • a clearer sense of who you are beyond trauma and loss
  • practical rhythms that support your energy and wellbeing
  • permission to mourn without being defined by loss
  • revived creativity and renewed curiosity about life
  • language that centres dignity rather than blame
  • a vision of the future that feels chosen rather than imposed

Most of all, you’re wanting to feel something many trauma survivors have never known: a life that’s truly your own.
